Services, Activities and Programs

Here’s a sampling of some of the activities, services and programs available for CAPE members, as well as services and “homeschool outreach” offered to our community

Friday Forum- Open to CAPE members only
Infant through High school
Friday Forum is a homeschool co-op that meets the third Friday of each month from 9:00am to noon. Parents are involved in teaching, assisting, or planning classes. We require a year long commitment, so that must be considered when signing up. Our goal is to provide educational and social opportunities, within a Christian framework, for homeschooling families. The classes we offer are dependent upon the interest and abilities of the parents involved. We have been able to offer classes in ballet, karate, Irish step dancing, cooking, jewelry making, and creative writing to name a few. See the Friday Forum page of your newsletter for more information.

Have your child see, hear, touch, smell, and taste their country. Have them show where there country is in comparison to other countries on the map. Investigate the clothing and food, maybe bring some music to share. How is Christmas celebrated around the world? Or is it? Is this country so unreached by the Bible that they don’t know about Christmas at all? International Christmas is a great way to learn about our world and have a lot of fun.
